The lower level has a living area perfect for playing games and watching TV. There is also one queen bed off the living area, and around the corner, another sleeping area nook with two twin bunk beds.
Special to the guest house is the newly remolded backyard space complete with an outdoor kitchen, bar with ice maker, refrigerator, large built-in custom gas grilling station and dining area. Whether enjoying beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine, cooking gourmet meals al fresco, or evenings spent around the fire pit, “The Crew” will create great memories for you, and your family and friends!
The guest also has a conveniently located shed on the side of the house filled with beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, grills and lawn games like corn hole and bocce ball. An outdoor shower is located behind the shed in the corner of the property.
